The Tipsy - formerly The Tipsy Toad - is the site of the original Skinner's Brewery. Refurbished in 2019 with one main bar. Once had four hand pumps with rotating beers. A large selection of Gins is also available. Friendly staff and comfortable seating. There is a patio area with outdoor heating. There is a separate restaurant area and an extensive menu is available.

An April 2025 report stated that there were now just two handpumps and both appeared to be unused. No real ale was confirmed in September 2026.
