Perched close to the beach on the edge of Ouaisne Bay, the Smugglers has been the jewel in the crown of the Jersey real ale scene for many years. Steeped in history, dating back to when pirates coming into the bay enjoyed an ale or two here, it is set within granite-built fishermen's cottages with foundations reputedly from the 13th century. Up to four real ales are usually available including a house ale brewed by Liberation and 2 changing guest beers. Mini beer festivals are regularly held. The pub is well known for its good food and fresh daily specials.
