Hull City Council approved the plans to convert the former Bevvy Bar and Mayfair Hotel into a residential drug and alcohol recovery center in October 2022, and The Bridges - Hull later moved into the larger upgraded premises on Beverley Road in 2023. 22/00650/FULL Change of Use from Hotel & Bar to a Residential Drug and Alcohol Recovery Centre.
