This Pub is Permanently Closed

Fine example of a 1950s/1960s estate pub on a large corner plot. Only pub in the Lillington suburb, it is an excellent example of a local community pub. Runs darts, pool and football teams and organises a summer children&s outing. CLOSED late 2008. Site purchased by Tesco - now converted into Tesco local supermarket.
