Please note this Pub is closed 08/03/2022 and became Permanently Closed 17/09/2024 (Other uses). Closed 08/03/2022 - lease expired 9th March and publicans had decided not to renew but to retire. Freehold is owned by Wellington Pub Company; we would hope that they would be trying to market this previously thriving pub to new tenants. As of September 2023 the pub is being advertised for sale and 'with scope for redevelopment' though this would require planning permission. Change of use from Public House (Sui Generis) to Offices & Storage (Class E(g)) applied for 22/07/2024 - Eastleigh Council ref: F/24/97868. Planning approved 17/09/2024. Conversion work had already commenced before planning application.
