A popular Wetherspoon pub in the heart of Halifax. A former long-standing garage is situated in the area once known as Barum Top, so named from the Yorkshire word 'bouram', meaning a natural watercourse. Before the advent of purpose-built drainage systems, this watercourse descended from Barum Top into Hebble Brook. A large, open pub with upper balcony and separate area for food or families. Food served daily until 10pm. Breakfast served from 8am until noon. This is a community focused pub with a monthly events calendar featuring charity events as well as food and drink related events.
