This smart, modern and popular bar serves quality food all day in the bar and upstairs restaurant. A striking copper-topped bar,serves nine real ales one is always a dark as well as six rotating ales.

Disabled access to each level of the split level bar area is via separate doors off the patio fronting the pub. The large windows provide good views for people watching from armchairs, benches and sofas. Regular and frequent bus services pass along the road outside.
