This Pub is Permanently Closed
Named after the nearby stately pile known as Ingress Abbey (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ingress_Abbey), the Ingress Tavern is not to be confused with the former pub of the same name in neighbouring Northfleet. It traded from 1865 until its demise in 2007. In the late 19th century it was part of the tied estate of Dartford brewers Kidd's, and would have become part of the huge Courage empire when they took over Kidd's in 1937.
Some time after closure, the pub was converted into residential accommodation.
