A large pub on the outskirts of Skegness standing in its own large grounds off Burgh Road (A158). It is popuar with a large variety of customers and events are held throughout the year such as Christmas and New Year parties, Greek nights, ladies nights, race nights and live entertainment.It was voted Skegness Pub of the Year 2014.

In a previous life it was a Shipstones pub. In winter pub does not open until noon. Bouncy castles in garden for children.
