Standing at the east end of the village on the north side of the church this pub offers a warm and friendly welcome with one, sometimes two cask beers. The long bar is smart, clean and well decorated with a pool table at one end near the entrance. In winter a blazing fire at the opposite end gives warm and cosy feel. Meals are served in the adjoining restaurant Wednesday and Friday (5pm-8pm). Sunday breakfasts 9am-11am.
