Friendly family run freehouse that was in the good beer guide for 15 years. This sporty community pub organises local charity events including quizzes on live music on Sunday evenings. 5 ales are served and have included Mighty Oak, Woodfordes, Shepherd Neame, Caledonian, St Austell and many others. 6 craft beers are also served so check out the fridges behind the bar. Meals served at lunchtimes and children welcome until 6.30pm. It has a garden with covered area for smokers
