Historic Interest
This large, detached and rather grand yellow stock brick former public house was built in 1881. it was called the Clarendon Arms and at various times was a Noakes and Courage pub. The building is five bays wide and rises to three storeys. There is a good surviving parapet and the windows are large and appear original.
