AUG 2023 - Planning app 23/03386/FUL for change of use from commercial unit into wellness space (including gym and cafe) and office accommodation. The planning statement contains the following comment.

"The unit is currently vacant and benefits from a mixed Class 3 (Restaurant), Class 11 (Leisure and Sui Generis (Public House) use under the Town & Country Planning (Use Classes) (Scotland) Order 1997 (as amended)."

APR 2023 - Still closed, to let and interior stripped.

FEB 2021 - Will not reopen as a Boda group pub.
