This Pub is Permanently Closed

JAN 2021 - Closing for major refurbishment. Bar will be removed so it will no longer be a pub. Will continue to operate as a café / restaurant. The brewery closed during 2019.

Latterly it had NO REAL ALE but prior to that it was described as:

Smart, comfortable bar with an elegant long bar top. The cask ales normally all come from the new brewery just behind the bar. Part of a recently built complex which includes a cafe, restaurant, food market and gift shop. Handy for the John Muir Way, which also provides a convenient path to and from Dirleton village. Brewery tours available. Although all tables are set up for dining, drinkers may sit at any tables within the bar area.

NOTE: Times can vary and will extend in summer. Alcohol is not served until 11am. X
