This Pub is Closed Long Term

Reopened Nov 2023.

A 1930s roadhouse-style pub on the southern edge of the town. There is a public bar (dogs welcome), a lounge and separate dining area. There are quizzes each Thursday & Sunday, live music on Saturdays and the pub hosts darts, domino and pool teams. The pub has a good reputation for food and hosts popular lunches for pensioners on Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays.
