This Pub is Closed Long Term

A once popular live music venue, this art deco pub has been closed since 2008. A planning application was approved in June 2018 to allow demolition of the building, with student accommodation to be built on the site. However the building is presently occupied by Autochoice as a used car place (April 2019).
