This is a large pub on Colchester High Street. While the pub has been refurbished several times in the last 10 years it has retained many of the original features, including an upstairs balcony. It has a large bar in the centre of the pub which then stretches down the left hand side. During the day it serves lunches which can be enjoyed inside or you can sit outside the front and watch the world go by. Evening time and the pub becomes a lively establishment serving cocktails and a DJ playing.
