The Comfortable Gill is a traditional community pub, located just off the East Lancs Road, opposite Bent's Garden Centre and is on the bus route between Warrington and Leigh. Food is locally sourced and all cooked within the pub. They are very family friendly and have an extensive garden with play equipment at the back. In the summer, there are BBQ and mini music festival events as well as bouncy castles for the children. The covered garden space is available for hire during the summer months for outdoor events and celebrations. There are regular karaoke nights and live music sessions.
