Welcoming pub with a focus on supporting its community with lots of events and initiatives to bring people together. It retains a traditional feel with a large lounge divided into two areas and a smaller bar. Many charities are actively supported. Outside is a delightful Mediterranean-style walled patio area full of flowers and a separate smokers' shelter. A Football Team is based at the pub. Winner of a Proper Pubs (Admiral Taverns) award for Pub of the Year 2024.
