This Pub is Closed Long Term

Large country inn, situated close to the river Leven in a convenient spot for exploring this picturesque village and walks along the river. There is a spacious lounge area and a small bar at the side, and extensive beautifully planted gardens at the rear. This attractive pub/restaurant offers five real ales many of which are brewed on the premisis in the Bay microbrewery. There is no food available on Monday. Original beams and features have been retained, though some Victorian chap has scratched his name on the historic windows. Never noisy, this is a good place for a chat or dinner. The Bay is now the new home of Wainstones Brewery, and where Wainstones and Bay beers are now in full production.
