[The Cheshire View, formerly known as the Railway Hotel or Railway Inn, is situated near the top of Station Bank (the name changed in 1955), in the Civil Parish, of Odd Rode. The pub is over 150 years old and constructed out of local stone. On a clear day it offers some of the most breathtaking views in the area, as the name would suggest, you can see nearly all of Cheshire, spreading out towards Wales and Shropshire. For those not familiar with the area, this pub is near the end of the Mow Cop Killer Mile, with a gradient of 25%, an annual road race event. Part of Marston's pub disposals in 2015/16.......CLOSED. Now a private house.]
