This Pub is Permanently Closed

Recently reopened and very tastefully renovated this pub close to the Chichester canal is now an upmarket food-led pub with modern stylish decor and a lovely garden complete with chickens, herb and vegetable patches. The pub is split across three areas served by a central bar. One area is laid out more formally for dining. The guest ale will normally be from a local micro. To the side there is a good sized car park which includes parking for bicycles.

The pub did not reopen after the first COVID lockdown, and planning permission for change of use to housing was given on 16/9/21.
