This Restaurant is Permanently Closed

This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

No detailed knowledge; formerly The Black Horse pub closed around 2002 according to press articles however a planning application CAA/04/00038 dated 14 July 2004 by Black Horse Hotel for a signpost and illuminated signage states use as restaurant/bar. Subsequently changed/converted to a Chinese restaurant around 2021 and remained recorded here as a pub. No knowledge of bar availability, reservations are required.
