Later: change of use of former public house and first floor flat to single dwelling, demolition of rear extensions and erection of two storey side extension was approved on 31 Jan 2020 (Ref: 19/02391/APP).

From BuckinghamsireLive: "A derelict pub fire. dozens of firefighters were called to on Monday night was arson - firefighters believe. An investigation is now underway after ten fire engines were called to the blaze at the derelict building, off the A413 Buckingham Road, Adstock, at around 9.45pm last night (July 5 2021)
