New bar at the Sea Lanes development on Madeira Drive. Offers a range of craft beers and lagers. Small inside area but plenty of bench seating outside and upstairs. Food is provided by Wood X Coal barbecue concept, cooking over open fire. Good views over the channel and Brighton Pier. The Volkes Electric Raiilway runs by the back of the bar. Card payments only.
