This Pub is Permanently Closed
Roadside pub that was originally a coaching inn on the London to Brighton postal service route. The bar has a games area for bar billiards, darts and toad in the hole. Home-cooked food is available lunchtimes and evenings (no food Tue). The pub has a beautiful, recently renovated, garden with a covered and heated smoking area. There are annual beer, cider and sausage festivals and a Mr & Mrs contest. A charity quiz is held on the last Tuesday of each month.

Premises bought by a developer - seems unlikely it will remain as a pub.
