This Pub is Permanently Closed

When visited in Dec 2013, this pub had been closed for a long time and was boarded up. A planning application (ref. 17/04234/FUL) to convert the pub into residential use was granted by City of Bradford MDC on 1 Nov 2017. A subsequent planning application (ref. 20/03767/FUL) to extend the property and form 8 flats was refused. When visited on 17 Jun 2021, building work had commenced. At the time of the latest visit, a further planning application (ref. 21/00913/FUL) had been submitted to form a retail unit on the ground floor and three flats above. Permission was granted in Jul 2021. Google Earth imagery from Jul 2023 confirms the change of use has been completed.
