This Pub is Permanently Closed

The only pub for quite some distance in the middle of the Bolton Woods residential area, it was closed down and converted to residential use. Planning applications to convert the upper floors to residential use (refs. 15/04592/FUL and 16/00560/FUL) were submitted and permission granted by City of Bradford MDC in Apr 2016. A subsequent planning application (ref. 18/00498/FUL) to convert the ground floor to residential use was granted in Apr 2018. Google Earth imagery from Mar 2022 confirms the building is now in residential use.
