ON 21 MAY 2024, PLANNING PERMISSION (REF. 24/00824/OUT) WAS GRANTED BY CITY OF BRADFORD MDC TO DEMOLISH THE PUB AND REPLACE IT WITH HOUSING. ON 02 JUNE 2024, IT WAS REPORTED THE PUB HAD BEEN DEMOLISHED.

Pleasant, well-kept ex-Ramsdens hostelry. The premises have been opened up but still retains a multi-room feel with a bar area located to the rear.

When visited in Oct 2022 and May 2023, the pub was closed and there was a "For Sale" sign displayed with "Terms Agreed" posted to it. The agent is Atkinson Associates.
