An ex-Melbourne pub, a fact demonstrated by very nice 'Courtier' windows at the front of what was three cottages believed to have been built for firemen. Two distinct bars with photographic memorabilia of the fire brigade.

On 28 Sep 2022, a planning application was granted by City of Bradford MDC to convert the ground floor to offices and the upper floor to residential use (see planning ref. 22/03101/FUL).
