Historic Interest

In May 1981 this was a keg Whitbread pub. The pub was listed in the 1989 Beer in Bolton Guide as selling Cask Trophy Bitter and Castle Eden Ale (H). It was visited on the prices survey in May 1994. Around 2013 the pub was rebranded as Pizza Me, but by Spring 2015 had reverted back to the Withins. It then closed and after a very spartan refurbishment it reopened in 2016 with two Caledonian beers on the bar. This did not last long and the pub closed in August 2022. It was known as the Feathers around 2000/1.
