After a much needed refurbishment in May 2019 the handpumps were removed and cask beer is no longer available. A typical Toby Carvery serving its trademark buffet breakfasts and carvery meals later in the day. A separate 'function/meeting/dining area has been created which is available for charity events, birthdays, christenings, wakes etc. There is a seating area around the bar where one can call in for a drink without the bustle of diners nearby. Access is down a lane off the A6 near Junction 4 of the M61.
