This Pub is Closed Long Term

NOTE: This pub is currently closed due to a major fire in the flats above the pub. While all repairs have been carried out to the building, a reported insurance dispute is stopping residents from returning and the pub from reopening.

This imposing pub is named after the man-made local attraction opposite. It is close to the beach and the Marine Hall Gardens and has great views over Morecambe Bay towards the distant Lakeland Fells. On certain clear evenings, you might also see an optical illusion of the Isle of Man. The pub has no car park, but plentiful free parking is on the nearby streets. Dogs are welcome in the Sports bar. Selection of guest beers.
