This two roomed local stands at the highest point of Wombwell overlooking Wombwell Wood and Dearne Valley. An unusual layout with one bar serving both tap room and best side. There being no internal connection it is necessary for customers to go outside to move from room to room. Both rooms have their own decor and ambiance. At the moment the pub has no real ale.
