Roadside inn on the main A38 south west of Bristol at the top of a long hill. After a chequered history, it reopened in December 2019 after a change of ownership. The main room is very light and airy with a selection of comfy sofas to the right and dining tables to the left as you enter.

A table skittles table takes pride of place in the centre of the room. Guest beers tend to be local with the Twisted Oak brewery featured regularly. Families, dogs and muddy boots all welcome. There are seven letting rooms handy for Bristol Airport
