Situated a little way out of Alfreton town centre in an area where there are very few pubs still open. There is not much parking but the Nines bus service passes the end of the street. Reopened after a short period of closure for refurbishment in September 2024 by the owners of Tom Said Micropub in Ripley. Serves 3 cask ales and half a dozen on keg. Opens at 12 noon on Saturdays for Alfreton Town FC home matches.
