This Pub is Closed Long Term

Former coaching inn dating from the 18th-century with later additions, now a small hotel with lounge and public bars. A fine display of model trucks can be seen above the lounge gantries, the licensee's husband owned a transport company. There is also a small collection of Trolls, the Norwegian type!

Food is served in the lounge and a separate restaurant area. Breakfasts are served 10 to 11.30.

Situated at the centre of a conservation area, this is a popular haunt for walkers as well as salmon and trout fishermen on the River Don. The Pitfichie and Cairn William mountain bike trails are close by.
