Attractive stone pub on the main road through the village. Changed hands Feb 2020, now run by local couple who also own a cider company. Good well-kept range of beers from local breweries including Wincle & Aldwark, and a great emphasis on ciders, including their own brand. Friendly and welcoming staff, good range of excellent food served at most times. Branch Pub of the Year 2024, East Midlands Cider Pub of the Year 2023 and 2024.
