Single level, open plan Wetherspoon pub comprising a large number of tables but with a more relaxed area to the right. Three regular cask ales (Greene King, Abbot; Ruddles, Best and Sharp's, Doom Bar) and three changing cask ales frequently from local brewers such as: Bradfield, Stancill, Beermats, Acorn, Milestone, Phoenix and more.

Historic Interest

Woodseats Palace was the name of the cinema built on this site in 1911. Reconstructed as a supermarket, 50 years later, it is now a Wetherspoon pub bearing the building’s original name.
