Excellent free house.This friendly,thirteen times winner of local CAMRA Pub of the Year and three times Hertfordshire Pub of the Year, is an excellent rural community local.Is a staunch supporter of cask ale. Six ales including four guests. One real cider, Lined oversized glasses available on request. The large garden is ideal in summer. Good pub food is served lunchtimes (no food Sunday)For walkers Welham Green railway station is just under three miles away.
