This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
Returning to selling real ale after many yars without, this popular club stands back from the road, it is built on the site of the former main village hostelry the Needles Inn, which later became a farmhouse. Opened as a Workingmen's Club in 1928 and changed to the Social Club in recent times. There is an extensive garden area to the front with an outside children's play area. Hosts a Monday night quiz, bingo on Sunday afternoon and Tuesday evening. A DJ spins music on friday evenings, with live acts performing on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Historic Interest
Formerly the Needles Inn coaching inn, which dates back centuries. Then became a farmhouse until opening as a club in 1928.
This Club serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
