Former coaching inn, situated just off the town centre, next to the Exe Bridge. Built around 1823 and became a Wetherspoon in 1998. Re-styled in 2019 to include upstairs toilets a downstairs extension with sliding and fold out doors to the large rear seating area and terrace. Features a glass covered walk over well. Pay and display car park at the rear. Up to ten real ales, plus one real cider.
