An upmarket West End basement bar and restaurant built in General Haig's old wine cellar. Candlelit alcoves lead into a bright and modern dining area. The menu has a Scottish influence with an emphasis on seafood. The food is a cut above average pub grub but reasonably priced compared to most restaurants. As you would expect from wine cellars, there is a good selection of wine to go with the food. There are live Jazz sessions on Sunday from 8 to 11pm and monthly wine tastings.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
