A small, back-street local, 'the Volts' became a free house in 2013 when it was sold off by Timothy Taylor. Sometimes lively, it is comfortably decorated; the walls are adorned with military memorabilia as befits the pub's name, much of it related to soldiers from Keighley, some of whom signed up to fight in the pub. There is a pool table in the back room, where karaoke is hosted from 3pm on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons. Access is from either Lawkholme Lane or the small road at the top of the canopied section of Cavendish Street.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 2 regular beers.
