This popular village pub near the Kennet and Avon canal (lock 61) has an open and attractive interior. It is close to the Crofton Beam engines and Wiltshire's only working windmill. Real ales are served by a mixture of handpumps and gravity with the beer board displaying the distance to the brewery underlining the commitment to local produce.
