The Swan is a family friendly pub with a well earned reputation for serving good home-cooked food. It is popular for its evening entertainment which sometimes includes live music. The Swan is actually on the inside of the TT course with close to the action outdoor seating allowing an interesting view of the race on the sharp corner in Ramsey. Needless to say that makes it very popular at race times. A guest or changing beer is available at busier times. Various groups meet in the pub, including the local football club, and a bridge club. There are two rooms, the one to the right generally quieter and more conducive to dining, with a mixture of tables and seating. To the left is a longer room served by a separate bar, with pool, games, and TV for the sport. Towards the far end is an alcove area, with button back seating,and traditional Britannia tables. The Swan is now the only remaining Okell's pub in Ramsey. As with many Okell's pubs, there is now an Okell's keg cider and lager available. Live music features on an occasional basis and at TT motorbike race periods.
