This grade II listed building was once the Manchester Stock Exchange built in the early years on the 20th Century. The building had been empty for many years before being converted into an upmarket hotel in 2019. Opened with a bar called the Bull & Bear with cask available but that has been discontinued and the bar no longer operates under that name.
Historic Interest
Built 1907 by Bradshaw, Gass and Hope, Grade II Listed. Historic England List UID: 1271383.
