Single bar pub on a main road north of the town centre, with large windows which give the pub a light and airy feel. The walls have some panelling, half of the seating is built in benches and there is a small section of surviving screen. No children or dogs. Landlord prides himself by serving one well kept Cask Ale often from Adnams. No children/ dogs allowed. CASH ONLY.
Historic Interest
In 1863 this was a beerhouse known as the Postmans Arms. The name was changed to its current form in the 1880's.
