Severe fire in about 2002 In March 2009 three popular riverside pubs on the Orwell & Deben were bought by Suffolk brewer Adnams from national pub operator Punch Taverns. The Butt & Oyster at Pin Mill & the Ship & Levington, both a short distance outside Ipswich, & the Maybush at Waldringfield, near Woodbridge. The building probably dates back to the 14th century.
