Right in the centre of the town this Wadworth pub carries a good range of Wadworth ales, two bars and and an upstairs function room. There is a beer garden to the rear, and a large car park The two distinct bar areas and the accommodation have been recently refurbished.

Regular slots are given to live music. In the evenings and weekends the Royal Oak tends to be one of the livelier venues in the town.
